If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are included in the original
purchase and is nonrefundable at all costs. In case of a cancellation before the item is shipped, the
shipping charges would be returned to you as well.

Return Policy

You have 2 calendar days to cancel an item from the date you purchased it.
You can go to your order and place the cancellation or contact us for same.

Since the letters are written for you with a lot of love and dedication from our side, we do not offer
any returns.

Once a cancellation is made, we will notify you. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or
original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
